Photo slideshow is widely used in our lives now. Customizing the tansition effects of your HTML5 slideshow can be started after you finished adding photos to HTML5 Slideshow Maker. The way of coming to the transition effect interface is clicking the "Transition Effect" tab. Before starting to take any settings, you may notice that the default transition effects of every slide are "Random". The default transition duration and photo duration are 2 seconds. To personalize the transition effects of your HTML5 slideshow, you need to follow the tutorial below.
First, you need to click the photo which you want to change the default transition effect to. The first transition effect, i.e. "Random" will be surrounded by an orange frame. Second, click the transition effect you want to set this photo with. Third, click the "Apply to Selected" button.
To set all the photos with the same one transition effect, first you need to change the default transition effect of a photo to the transition effect you like. The steps are: firstly, click any photo you like; secondly, click the transition effect you want; thirdly, click the "Apply to All" button.
The default transition effects of "Random" means HTML5 Slideshow Maker randomly choosing a transition effect from the all transition effects to each photo. If you do not like some of the transition effects or only want several transitions to apply to your HTML5 slideshow, you can customize the "Random" setting. How? There is a button named "Define Random Set", click it to start defining it. The following screenshot is what happened after the click of the "Define Random Set" button. You can define the "Random" by checking, unchecking and pressing the "Ok" button.
Transition duration means how long it will take to start showing a photo to fully display the photo, and the photo duration means how long will the photo show after it fully displays. The default transition and photo duration are 2 seconds. You can set the transition and photo duration for any time you want. The steps are easy. You start by clicking the slide you want to do change to, delete the number "2" and enter any numbers larger than zero, then click the "Apply to Selected" button.
After knowing how to personalize the transition duration and photo duration of one photo, you may find it's a piece of cake to set all the transition effects and photos with the same duration. The first two steps are the same and the only difference to the Part 4 is that you need to click the "Apply to All" button rather than the "Apply to Selected" button in the third step.
